Frequently Asked Questions

What does a chiropractor do?

We help your body heal naturally by restoring proper alignment and function to the spine and nervous system. When your nervous system communicates clearly with the rest of your body, healing happens more efficiently—reducing discomfort, improving movement, and supporting overall wellness.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Yes! Our care is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Because our focus is on restoring nervous system balance, adjustments are specific and controlled. Side effects are typically mild and short-lived.

Will it hurt?

Most patients feel relief, ease, and lightness after an adjustment. Occasionally, you might experience mild soreness as your body adapts and your nervous system begins to regulate more effectively.

How many visits will I need?

That depends on your goals and how your nervous system responds to care. Some people notice changes quickly, while others benefit from ongoing care to maintain balance and long-term wellness.

Can children or pregnant people receive care?

Absolutely! We provide gentle, safe adjustments for babies, children, and pregnant individuals. Supporting the nervous system during these stages promotes healthy development, reduces stress, and enhances comfort for both mom and baby.

Do you accept insurance or offer payment options?

Our neurologically focused chiropractic care is not covered by insurance. We offer flexible care plans and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

In accordance with federal law, our office is unable to provide covered chiropractic services to Medicare beneficiaries. Because we operate as a direct-pay, non-insurance practice, we cannot meet Medicare’s billing requirements.

This means:

  • We are unable to accept new Medicare-eligible patients.

  • Existing patients who become Medicare-eligible will be referred to a trusted Medicare-enrolled provider.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help connect you with a provider who can continue your care within Medicare’s guidelines.

Can chiropractic help with chronic pain or headaches?

Yes! Many patients experience relief from back pain, neck pain, sciatica, migraines, and other chronic issues when the nervous system is functioning properly. Adjustments help release tension and restore communication between the brain and body.

Will chiropractic improve posture, energy, or wellness?

es! When your nervous system is in balance, your body performs at its best. Regular adjustments support better posture, deeper sleep, improved energy, stronger focus, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
